About Dr. Stark
Dennis Stark, Ph.D., is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience as a consultant to organizations, and as a Career Counselor to individuals.
As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, he has conducted in-depth assessments for over 100 organizations on over 3,500 people in key decision-making roles. For example, Dr. Stark has assessed hundreds of candidates for positions in sales, marketing, accounting, finance, engineering, architecture, purchasing, customer service, human resources, and information technology. He has also assessed thousands of candidates for supervisory, mid-level management, and executive-level roles.
As a Career Counselor, through an in-depth assessment of their interests, values, personalities, and abilities, Dr. Stark has enabled over 700 people to:
Dr. Stark received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has been licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Ohio since 1985.
